London-based design agency Family (and friends) has created the packaging and branding for the launch of a healthy popcorn range.
Peter Popple’s Popcorn is made by entrepreneur Louise George who spotted a gap in the market for healthy snacks made "with mums in mind".
Family (and friends) came up with the Peter Popple character that appears on the flow-wrapped transparent bags that are decorated with brightly-coloured labels for a "modern, charming and friendly tone".
Creative partner and co-founder Alex Durbridge said: "The Peter Popple "p" character brings to life the world of a foody scientist who is mad about popcorn and will explain to children the amazing natural process that makes popcorn go pop."
The popcorn is currently available in four flavours and George is working to secure sales to delis and up-market food stores.
