End of line additional equipment and devices
Mariani regard the end-of-line equipment as not only including traditional or robot palletisers, but also the conveyors and relevant units which feed, elevate, pick-up and distribute the pallets and the products throughout the line/s.
To complete the packaging line and the relevant services, Mariani develops and installs a vast range of equipment and special systems including inspection and quality control units for empty pallets and storage magazines for the empty pallets, elevators for full pallets, conveying trolleys, inspection gantries and operator platforms, with or without steps, etc.
To compliment its palletising systems, Mariani offers the installation of complete automatic stations for the wrapping with stretch film of the loaded pallets thus guaranteeing the total stability and sealing of the load.
These end-of-line systems can be equipped with any necessary device for the handling of the pallet load: for example, the application of a top cover, the pallet labelling or marking, etc.
