Multiple modules portal frame robot palletisersThe series MA-ROB CART of portal frame robots can be used for products such as strong>MA-ROB is a range of robot palletisers which work both with layers (rotation and positioning of the packs) as well as with rows and are equipped with a multiple gripping heads.The robot palletisers offer a considerably higher flexibility level with respect to the traditional palletisers as they can be adapted to manipulate : loose stacks of books - signatures - -newspaper , wrapped or straps bundles ,etc. to match availability of different logistical situations, at operating speeds of 6 cycles/minute. The different gripping heads designed for these machines are suitable to handle both single products as well as multiples such as product rows. The equipment can be supplied as part of a turn-key supply or as a modular system. The overall dimensions of a single module in its simplest configurations, is 4400 x 3400mm. The operator interface through PC, is equipped with software which automatically creates the required configurations and also enables the display of all data concerning the pallet being produced and all machine parameters. .Our machines are designed and manufactured using top quality components suitable for a continuous use through the years with low maintenance costs. All machines are supplied with installation, maintenance and spare parts manual; technical assistance and spare parts are available to assist customers all over the world.
