Automatic fast layers palletisersAutomatic universal palletisers Series PMTwith printed product loading at high level to palletise as :strapped or shrinked wrapped bundles of magazines, newspaper and printed products, with excellent optimisation of the available floor space. The machines work with the pallet vertical indexing principle having fast layer depositing times by means of the symmetrical opening of two moveable loading plates. The layer depositing system allows the creation of particular pallet configurations with spaces (gaps) between the bundles with the possibility to load two different half pallets onto the main pallet. The product entry is usually positioned at a height between 1950 and 3400mm. This machine range is also completed with a machine with layer pre-collection area, single-double-triple product entry with different product types at an operating speed up to 3000 bundles/hour. Standard pallet dimensions: 800 x 600mm – 800 x 1200mm – 1000 x 1200mm. All machines can be designed to also handle pallets with dimensions different from the standard. High reliability over the years: machines designed and built with oversized drives and lifting chains and with components suitable for the continuous use over many production years with very limited running costs. All Mariani machines are supplied with installation, maintenance and spare parts manuals; technical service and spare parts are available to assist customers all over the world.
