Empty cases

CPS offers a variety of empty case infeed systems to supply the cases to the casepacker unit:

• *Belt conveyors with case lift-over pushers

• *Complete outdoor (case erector installed in separate hall) case infeed system with case erector, case lift, transport conveyors, case chutes and case distributing and accumulating conveyors

• *Combined case erecting and distributing of different cases to different casepacker lines

Filled product cases

CPS offers a variety of filled case outfeed systems to supply the filled cases to the palletising and robotic systems:

• *Case closed flap detection

• *Inkjet coding conveyors with case rotating device

• *Filled cases accumulating conveyors

• *Control system for palletising/robotic units in line with casepacker system
