Our 1210 cross bottom pallets weigh from 8.5 KGS to 14.5 KGS, Which can meet all kinds of load demand. These plastic pallets can be made from 100% HDPE/PP material or recycled material. Usually, recycled materials plastic pallets are used for one way export goods due to low cost. If used in warehousing or transportation, we recommend choosing virgin HDPE plastic pallets. These pallets are also extremely cold and heat resistant and will withstand temperatures ranging from as low as -40℃ to as high as 40℃.
The grille deck structure of the pallet has been carefully designed to ensure maximum protection for products. This kind of pallets comes with a convenient 4-way forklift system allowing the pallet to be picked up from any direction, an advantage when working in tight spaces.
This pallet does not produce chips or particles during application making it safe for industries such as food and pharmaceuticals. They are manufactured using a 'One-Shot' injection moulding process, with a special method used for the adhesion of connecting parts. This eliminates the need for protruding metal fasteners such as bolts and nuts and nails.
