Compression machines compress the product via special screw design and also enable the lowering of humidity to a minimum level in soft film like materials. All film materials whose washing process has been completed are compressed in our compression machines and transferred forwards. during this transfer the water is evacuated from spindle evacuation holes and travels from the plastic spindle to the transporter fan and is passed to the next station. It has a powerful structure and the screw exit section is supported on bearings. Thus it can rotate in the linear axis and the special screw material provides maximum resistance against torsional forces. The compression machines that play an important role in the washing lines are presented for the use of customers according the capacity of the product it is to be used for ALT - SM 250 Motor Output 45 - 75 Kw Capacity 400 - 600 Kg/hour ALT - SM 320 Motor Output 75 - 90 - 110 Kw Capacity 500 - 900 Kg/hour
