ALG - W Series PLASTIC RECYCLING MACHINES: ALG W 180-160-150-130-120-100 Plastic Recycling Machines These are machines that recycle thermoplastic waste materials such as HDPE-LDPE-PP-PS-PA-PE. Altech plastic recycling machines, have an aesthetic look, high performance and high capacity in comparison to their competitors and are thus prominently in the forefront of the sector. As a leader in the recycling sector Altech; is able to present solutions with many alternatives to its customers problems on plastic recycling. As it is well known a powerful mechanical system is required for extruders that reduce plastic materials to granular form. our machines base their power on our technical department. The machines go into protective mode when there is a problem. By preventing the user and the operator from being able carry out faulty operations, it has managed to minimize costs stemming from faulty use.In our Altech ALG W series machine, as screw and spindle material, German certified 1.8550 nitration steel is used. In certain situations a hard bi-metal hard filler weld is made on the line to provide high performance against wear. The screw and spindle group which is the main heart of extruders is manufactured completely in-house in our integrated facilities right down to the heat treatment processing. In our ALG W series recycling machine, a pressure sensor is used to protect the machine against excessive high pressure and the head group is protected. Main motor, feeder motor, cutter motor and the feeder wing motor all have speed control devices incorporated. Thus the motor speeds can be adjusted to the desired speed and all frequency and revolution values can be monitored. ALG W series is being produced with capacities from 100kg/h to 1200 kg/h, under ALTECH guarantee and quality.
