LS08-P312 Nozzle Pencil Filling Machine
1.The frame of the machine is made by SUS material and aluminum extrusion.
2.Interface makes parameters setting easy and it could memorize about 50sets filling data for recall.
3.Displaying on interface when error happened.
4.Filling by piston principle. Filling 12 pcs at the same time.
5.Filling and raise-down were controlled by Touch Screen and servomotor.
6.Piston circulates function to prevent the pearl settle and stuck when the machine at standby mold
7.10 liter double jacket(air tight) tank, the stirring speed and temperature are adjustable.
8.Maximum filling capacity is within 5 ml and the accuracy is within ±0.05㏄.
9.Temperatures of tank, valve and nozzle are controlled independently.
10.Tank timer can be pre-set up to 24 hours for pre-heating purpose.
