RM02 Digital Roller Machine

1. Machine’s frame is made by SUS material and aluminum extrusion.
2. Material of roller is made by alloy steel, surface hardening treatment for HRC60
3. The dimension of the roller: Diameter 120mm x length 400 mm.
4. The rollers are grinded precisely and have accurate roundness, so it can grind the articles under 5μmm.
5. The speed of grinder is adjustable by inverter.
6. The gap is adjustable; control by interface and electrically powered.
7. The grinding maximum speed: input roll max.180 R.P.M., middle roll max.300 R.P.M., output roll max.500 R.P.M.
8. The machine is fitted with a touch screen. Its digital control panel makes it easy to operate, it could memorize and save combination of parameter for recall.
9. Each roller equips with cooling device, cooling water flow into roller center to circulate at inside, and flow out from another roller side to maintain constant temperature and ensure the quality of production.
10. The cooling water has to prepared by buyer.
