Sifter International has introduced a complete range of Industrial Pouch Packing Machine for providing solutions as per customers needs. We are already exporting our packing machines in the overseas market. The machine is suitable for suitable for packing liquids and pastes like shampoo, ketchup, oil, cream, honey, free flow liquids etc filling and packing in 1g to 100g (1ml to 100ml) pouches.
Multi track form fill and seal machine is fully automatic pouch packing machine is controlled by PLC. The number of tracks would depend upon the customer requirements. It has adjustable speed based operation with four side sealing style. Number of track also depends upon the width of the pouch. Filling mechanism comprises piston filler. Laminate film draw off system is servo based. Also vertical and horizontal sealing is pneumatic / motor driven. Precision control over material drop process is controlled by PLC and HMI (Human Machine Interface).
