An integrated powder filling line is a series of machines integrated to properly meter your powders accurately into bottle or tub. Typical products include protein powder, dietary supplements, bakery mixes, industrial powders, and others. The integrated powder filling lines offered by RSE are not so much a single machine but a balanced system to get your product into the jar or tub. We select from a number of OEMs to get you the best value combination of machines to meet your requirements.

The equipment pieces selected for an integrated powder filling line need to be balanced to achieve the targeted output for your product types. We have three basic integrated powder filling line systems: Entry Speed, Mid-Level Speed, and High Speed. Actual speeds delivered from each system will vary significantly depending on the product and weights per bottle so we won’t include speeds but rather different types of systems.

• *High Speed: Rotary Fillers

In order for products to be filled, they must have certain flow properties. Products that want to ‘cake’, stick, or clump (Example: Brown Sugar) are harder and slower to fill than a product that flows evenly and predictably (Example: Salt). There are a number of configurations and options available to help with more difficult products so a detailed RFQ is needed in order to make sure the right system is proposed.
