 All 1000 Series models offer 1:1 print and apply mode with a choice of Wipe-On, Tamp/Wipe, Tamp/Blow, Corner-Wrap and Swing-Arm applicators. For unique applications that do not fit our standard offering we will custom engineer a solution to suit your requirements including integrated product handling systems.

ALX 92x Series

Accraply’s model 924, 925 and 926 are ideal for a wide range of print/apply applications. It provides direct thermal and thermal transfer print technology, an efficient ribbon save system and excellent print quality in a compact design.

The 92x Series printer/applicator can be used for applying labels to the top, side, or bottom of products. They can be integrated with existing packaging equipment, used as stand-alone portable labelers or supplied with custom designed product handling systems from Accraply.

These high performance printer/applicators enable barcodes, text, graphics, time, date, and consecutive numbering to be printed in crisp, clear images and applied with precision accuracy.

All PA2x Series models offer high speed, “batch” print and apply mode with a choice of Wipe-On, Tamp/Wipe, Tamp/Blow, Corner-Wrap and Swing-Arm applicators. For unique applications that do not fit our standard offering we will custom engineer a solution to suit your requirements. Accraply can also engineer complete product handling systems or provide integration of the Model PA2x Series into your existing production line or packaging equipment. Other options include label design software, custom Middleware software, network integration, barcode scanners, vision systems, alarm packages, portable mounting stands, conveyors and communication with your PLC.
