Polyester strapping is being used to replace a lot of traditional steel strapping applications. Its adavantages are that it is cheaper per metre than steel, it is safer (no sharp edges) and has an ability to adapt to movement in loads. It can be used with either traditional tensioner and crimping equipment or with battery or pneumatic tooling. The embossed 12mm x 0.6mm product has a 270kg breaking strain.
