Our fill by weight auger filler is built for versatility and performance, including the A-520 two lane, dual head automatic auger filler, which churns out much higher line speeds than traditional in-line automatics. The two lane design requires much less space than a single lane auger filler with the same number of stations. The A-520 is ideal for today’s high efficiency filling machines, where square footage is at an all-time premium.
Our Twin Servo Semi-Automatic Auger Filler [STA-110] delivers high levels of accuracy and comes in any configuration for small containers, bags, boxes and drums. Utilizing digital scales and load cell components, all of our models become complete fill-by-weight systems capable of accuracies of +/- 0.1% to 0.25%. This makes the STA-110 series perfect for packaging high cost ingredients and products with high density variations.
This model utilizes a true closed-loop servo control system. The motor is mounted above the auger shaft, acting as a direct drive system. This allows for the filler to run at high cycle rates and is perfect for high accuracy applications. The STA-110 has many customizable features such as an option for a bottom-up fill container lift and dust collection shroud. The net weighers can also be automated with several types of conveyor systems to increase production speeds.
