604 is a fully automatic, roll-fed labeler, able to process container sizes of up to 160 mm in diameter and 320 mm in height. The containers can be fed from an upstream machine via a rotary table, from a conveyor, or even manually. After the labels have been imprinted by a hot-foil, thermo-transfer or laser printer, they are gently transferred to the labeling station and applied to the containers by smoothing belts and rollers. To achieve a compact machine footprint, the electronic control cabinet is integrated into the machine base.
