The Filamatic® DFS Dockable or DFS, non-Dockable Peristaltic Filling System accommodates a wide variety of applications as well as container shapes and sizes. The DFS liquid filler equipped with peristaltic pumps and disposable fluid path tubing eliminates the potential for cross contamination. The single use tubing and connectors reduce changeover time and simplify the cleaning validation process. This machine is best suited for small to moderate fills (up to one liter) with fill accuracies of +/- 1% or better.
The DFS is a servo driven filler available in three frame sizes to handle up to 15 peristaltic pumps for fill rates of 10 to 250 cpm. The DFS can be configured for intermittent or continuous-motion container handling and filling. Stoppering and capping functions can be added for a seamless fill & closing system. The Dockable Trolly System is a removable trolley containing the metering systems that allows you to changeover in less than five minutes.
