Facial Tissue Lines
PCMC’s continuous lines for facial tissue are the highest capacity and most reliable facial tissue production lines available, with lines running in production at 500 stacks per minute. A series of unwinds, forming banks, and pull stations convert parent reels into a continuous “ribbon” of facial tissue at the finished stack height. The ribbon is cut into finished stacks by the Profile facial saw. Profile is a two-blade saw in which the blades travel with the ribbon as it cuts, thereby achieving very high cut rates. Finally, PCMC’s cartoner loader delivers stacks of facial tissue to a cartoner such as those built by R. A. Jones.
