Weiler Engineering, Inc. manufactures both fully automated and manual load Cap Welding systems to mate with the ASEP-TECH® Blow/Fill/Seal machines to produce a multi-entry insert format for LVPs. The unit can be supplied as an integrated package along with a new machine, or provided as a stand-alone unit for an existing machine.
The Cap Welder is designed with an accumulation station and an independent control system that can be linked to the B/F/S machine. Production output is paired with the B/F/S machine output for maximum productivity. A variety of injection molded after-market caps can be used with this system.
