Designed for performance The 6700GLX Automatic L-bar Sealer delivers the features and performance today’s packaging operations demand. The 6700GLX includes an enhanced microprocessor PLC, touchscreen interface and I/O diagnostics, self-adjusting trim take-up wheel, trim break sensor and micro-perforators for uniform air evacuation. Combined into one versatile unit, the 6700GLX is an automatic L-Bar sealer with outstanding speed, throughput, and performance—all designed to maximize productivity. Streamlined interface A precise, touchscreen operator interface features built-in self-diagnostics and a memory for up to 20 package sizes. Product alignment guides, and variable conveyor speeds (up to 100 fpm) combine to deliver a production rate up to 40 packages per minute. Convenient front loading film cradle separates film and removes static, making the 6700GLX easy to operate. The 6700GLX includes horizontal and vertical sensors combined with a heavy duty hot knife sealing system for highly dependable seals. Built for 24/7 production Solid frame construction with heavy duty casters and levelers ensures smooth and quiet operation that can reduce industrial noise pollution and protective barriers ensure operator safety.
