Micro Mixer (Reactor) fi tting a crew which could rotate and revolute inside the reverse tonic, is a mixer with the advantage of vertical mixer. It is ensured to display the mixing automation,to shorten the mixing time and to enhance the fi neness. The powder are moved upward by each pitch when the screw is in spiral rotation. When the screw rotates,it revolts along the inside wall that the powder may movie in a big turning. In addition,the powder which do not touch the screw are moved downward by the weight themselves that the powder may move repeatedly by various forms. There is no blind point for moving inside the container,that could perform a mixing with high fi neness, and with big mixing capacity(over 25000L )
The mixer has a broad purpose to use as a kind of reactor for drying,cooling,reaction and de-gas. It's sold volume is the top among the machines since it has been sold over 2000 sets. Since marketed to use in various industrious as feedstuff(preparation),pesticide(adding raw materials into Talc,Clay),foods(production of premix powder),pigment,dyestuff(lot preparation,and color mixing), synthetic resin(mixing of nylon,PVA,ABS,epoxy),kiln,cement ,materials of,medicines etc. kiln(mixing,lot preparation) .

Features

It could complete the mixing within short time,even for high mixing ratio.

The raw materials may be put in an every even mixing and separation processing.

Small drive power,in particular for large mixer,e.g.The effective capacity for 25000L , is 30KW+1.5KW of which the power only needs 1/3~1/5 of other kind of mixer.

Simultaneously. screw rotates and the mixture is discharged,therefore it's easy to discharge the substance with bad fl uidity too.

The principle of structure for the mixer will not cause a high-speed movement,but powder will mix by a great of movement,therefore,it won't damage the powder.

Such mixing way keeping powder complete may avoid kinetics energy converting into themal energy that almost will not give out heat.

It needs to clean the inside by clean water only. Easy and convenient.

Although its mixing capacity is considerable,it fi tting area is small.
