The grinding quality are based on particle size and metal pollution while grinding. The particle size is relied the design of grinding disc, transmission system and grinding medium beads. The metal pollution is caused by weak inner layer of chamber and weak grinding disc, it is also caused by beads. If the chamber inner layer, grinding disc and beads are weak, the hardness is not enough to stand the beating by each other, then, the metal material easy to wear and pollute the raw material while grinding, and it will poor the finished quality. Because our horizontal bead mill has enough hardness in chamber inner layer and grinding disc, so, it can stand the high speed beating with beads and get the less particle size but without metal pollution. Therefore, our horizontal bead mill has absolute better grinding quality than other suppliers. |

Chamber raw material: Outer layer made of #304SS. Inner layer made of abrasion-resistant and corrosion-resistant chrome steel, the hardness HRC63°. Disc made of abrasion-resistant and corrosion-resistant SKD 11 alloy steel, the hardness HRC 65°. Those hardness will not cause the metal pollution to poor the quality of finished product. |
