You can choose to wind the 2 connectors at the same side or separately.

After coiling, you can pack the product into a plastic bag, cardboard sleeve, or directly put into the carton by different packing equipment. 

Carton sealing machine and auto palletizer are available by option.

  2 operators feed cable on winding head. 1 operator is

  responsible for checking weight and sealing box.

1. •2 sets of winding and tying machine connect with 1 set 

  of auto packing machine to increase production 

  efficiency and output.

1. •Boxer filler has a counter. Machine will send packed 

  cord with setting quantity to box. Product quantity can 

  be double checked by weight.

1. •Last operator only helps to distribute power cord in box

  evenly and seal box.

1. •Label is printed offline and size is changeable. It will 

  tape on packing film.Automation design retrenches huge labor demand and enhances
