Model LGX-200L-1, is the assembled machine of filling and capping for liquid/beverage. The equipment is mainly for filling and capping of the glass/plastic bottle. It is made strictly according to National GMP Standard and Technical Requirement during the period of design and manufacturing .It has the functions of automatic bottle arranging ,automatic bottle importing ,automatic filling ,automatic cap arranging ,automatic cap dropping locating ,automatic cap screwing ,and photoelectric checking .The equipment also has the characteristics of reasonable and reliable structure, high class automation, beautiful appearance, and easy use and operation. It is popularly used for the industries of medicine manufacturing ,hospital chemical ,foodstuff and cosmetic .

 

 

1 Automatic Bottle Arranging: Manually put the bottles on the bottle arranging plate , the bottles will be delivered to the operation line in order

2 Automatic Bottle Importing :When the bottles which is in line on the conveying belt arrives at the turning plate which has the gap the same size as the bottle ,the bottles are automatically delivered into the gap one by one by the turning plate.

3 Automatic Filling : When the bottles at the gap arrives the filling area , worm pump is operated automatically by the photoelectric control which is in hygienic class with the convenience of rinsing and sterilizing . The precision of filling is controlled by the pump and is accorded with GMP requirement.

4 Automatic Cap Arranging : Putting the disordered caps into the automatic arranging machine. the machine arranges the bottle caps by the vibration theory and artful structure , and then brings the arranged caps into the cap locating and controlling unit.

5 Automatic Cap Dropping Locating : Adopting an advanced cap locating and controlling unit, and the cap withdrawn automatically one by one by the bottle when the bottle is coming through the area ,and making the cap tidily press and cover into the bottle jaw .

6 Automatic Cap Screwing : Cap screwed tightly by the wheel when the bottle which is finished the filling is coming through the turning plate and arrives the area of cap screwing .

 

 

(1). Controlled by PLC, the machine is easy and reliable to operation, durable and simple to be maintained.

(2). The machine has popular usage and can be used for the round bottle.

(3). Using the piston filling pump as the power, it is easy to be maintained. The filling quantity can be adjusted once, even also can allow little adjustment with zero error.

(4). The material contacting liquid is 316 stainless steel and silicon rubber soft pipe, and the working platform is using 304 stainless steel. It conforms to GMP requirement.

(5). Cap screwing uses rubber wheel rubbing, thus, it will not damage to the cap with high speed cap screwing, with srong universal usage, and with good reliability.

(6). With cam slicer, fiber positioner and photoelectric controller, the positioning system of the machine is in high accuracy.
