1. Polyolefin Shrink Film:(1) DM01-standard POF shrink film, 10-25 micron:DM01 is a strong and high clarity biaxial oriented heat shrinkable film that has stable & balanced shrinkage and soft corner during packaging. With features of tough,cold resistant and soft, it can protect your products efficiently and doesn’t emit harmful gas during usage. It is an economic product which works easily on most shrink packaging machines.Application: It is used to pack both regular and irregular shape products: boxes, cups, stationery, books, magzines, toys, pesticide, detergent, daily articles, office articles, cosmetics, drink in tins, record, videos, medicine, health products and etc. This product is approved to contact food directly. Our POF shrink film has been tested by SGS according to American FDA Standard, and meet the regulations of contacting with foods. It can be used to pack fruits, vegetables, meat, bread, pastry, fast food and etc.This film can be printed with 8 colors.(2) DM02-hot slip film:Its main advantage is excellent hot slip property. When the film without hot slip property, the hot surface after shrink causes stick when high temperature that makes it is hard to put the packs together. DM02 is your best choice to avoid such difficulities. And DM02 performs very well on full-atuo high-speed packaging machine. Except for hot slip property, it has all good properties of DM01.Application:It can cover nearly all of the applications of DM01. In some cases DM02 has a better performance for special packaging requirements.(3) DM03-high-speed-soft film:DM03 is specially used on full-atuo high-speed packaging machines. Exellent machinability, outstanding optical properties, perfect for small and large irregular shape multi-pack, strong seals, impulse and electrostatic. Except for hot slip property, it has all good properties of DM01 and DM02. Application:It is environment-friendly new variety specially used on full-atuo high speed packaging machines and gets a perfect performance. It can institute costly Cross-linked film in large areas.2. DM04- 7 Layer Co-extrusion High Barrier Shrink Tube and Bag:DM04 is a new kind of pacakging materail researched, developed and produced fully by ourselves. It is specailly used to pack red meat, processed and smorked meat, cheese, poultry and other foods. It can prolong products’shelf life and make their appearance more perfect and attractive. This innovation has filled the domestic gaps and started the first step for upgrading our products. It also indicates we are transforming from “Made in China”to “Created in China”.Application:(1) Packing Red Meat, Poultry, Processed and Smoked Meat.a.
