SHSN-1# was developed according to GJB2605-1996 and foreign advanced standard related techniques requirments.SHSN-1# have characteristics as following :static-free, electromagnetic interference-resistant, oil-resistant, water-resistant, aging-resistant, puncture-resistant, thermal radiation-free, fire-retardant, heat-sealing multifunction soft package materials.SHSN-1# was widely used in equipment ,device and related products which was sensitive to steam ,static electricity,electromagnetic,such as:fuze,electric initiator,ammunition,missile,parts of rocket, chip assembled by CMOS,IC device .It was widely used in national deference,war industry, aerospace,ships,information industry.
SHSN-1# was assembled by multilayer high polymer materials and metallic materials. Tested by The General Armament Department static measurement testing station, the products lay over others in its class and its static-free function was more steady and more reliable.
The product in line with IMDG Code package requirment and it’s the key development point in China package industry. SHSN-1#’s main techniques index was as following:
1、 static attenuation≤2.00S;
2、 Static shielding≤20V;
3、 Electrical surface resistivity: electrical outside surface resistivity≤103Ω, 105Ω≤electrical inner face resistivity≤1010Ω;
4、 Electromagnetic interference attenuation≥25dB;
5、 Rate of steam permeation(g/m2.24h): room tenperature accepting state≤0.31,aging≤0.31, low temperature accepting state≤0.46.
6、 Puncture-resistant≥45N;
In additional,it’s performance of heat-sealing technology,heat-sealing intensity,curlproof,antistick, oil-resistant, water-resistant, aging-resistant reach the requirment of GJB2605-1996.
