HC200 automation continuous motion cartoner is new generation production which designed by adopting international packing technology on the basis of traditional one from domestic package industry. It is adopted by programmed controller and frequency converter of Siemens. The machine has windows operation interface on the basis of programmer, which can adjust the parameter easily. The quality of HC200 is just like the feature of import goods as the machine has perfect combination with optics, electricity and pneumatics.HC200 is composed of products conveying system, carton feeding system and pusher system, it can be also supported by other combination of conveying system, feeding system and automatic coding, as well as paper folding machine. Max speed will be up to 200 boxes per minute.

HC200 is widely used for different packing industries including drug, food, commodity and cosmetic.
For drug industry such as :cover carton for solid tablet and capsule, soft box for liquid paste, grease and colloid, tray box for bottle, and injector, as well as bottle box for solid and liquid drug and bag box for powder and grain products.
For food industry such as: carton for cans, sweet, chocolate, candy, biscuit, wine, and freezing food, and so on.
For commodity and cosmetic such as: carton for cream, grease, lotion, colloid, toothpaste, soap, lamp, computer floppy disk, adhesive tape, photography film, and so on.
