1. What is MDF FOIL ?.
MDF(medium density fiberboard) is made by wood fiber as based on sawdust,particle tree...etc.
MDF foil can show it like woodgrain designs by transferring.
without any glue process, we can transfer woodgrain design on it with heat and pressure directly.
This process is very clean and supply fast and mass production to production line.
because of surface coating, It is excellent at moissture ,light ,resistance.
In addition, MDF foil can show more various woodgran designs than natural woodgrain for gravure printing process.
