Features:

5. Safety Devices：
   ﹡If the leaflet is not input, defective products will be ejected.
   ﹡If product is not loaded in, defective products will be ejected.
   ﹡If carton is not input, products can not be loaded in.
   ﹡If the guard cover is not closed, machine will be shutdown automatically.

1. Box-sucking rod will suck the box into the position.

2. When the carton is moved from 3 to 4, the flap folding plate shall fold the small flap, and the leaflet sucking disk on the opposite side to suck the leaflet downward and the clamping arm at the lower side shall ascend and pull the leaflet clamp downward to position.

3. The pushing lever shall push the product and leaflet together into the carton and detect at the same time whether product is available on the conveying belt or not.

4. When the carton is moved from 5 to 6, the embossing wheel shall emboss the number on the carton.

5. After the carton is in place, flap holding plate will fold the smaller flap inward.

6. The pressing lever will bend and fold the big flap to a certain angle.

7. After the carton is positioned, the flap folding block will fold the front end of the big flap into the carton.

8. After the carton is positioned, flap pressing block 1 will flatten the big flap.

9. After the carton is positioned, flap pressing block 2 will flatten the big flap.

10. Conveying belt will deliver the cartons out intermittently.

11. If no products loaded in the carton, the cylinder will stretch out and let the carton fall down.
