Applicable scope:  

Specially used in various kinds of packaging boxes that needed bevel labeling on both sides, and bonding the packaging boxes on paper cards.

  
Features:  
1.Quality and aesthetic machine design in stainless steel and anodized aluminum alloy
  materials.
2.EasyView color HMI touch-screen operation.
3.Label and conveyor driving in Japanese-made Yaskawa servo motors.。
4.Mitsubishi PLC and Keyence photo sensors from Japan are used.
5.Adjustable conveyor belt height to cope with prodution need.
6.Labeling accuracy is ±0.5mm.
7.Labeling speed: 6m/min (40 ~ 60pcs/min depending on objects to be labeled).
8.Uniform and good looking hot melt glue distribution using German-made Nordson glue
  dispenser.
9.Accurate paper card adhesion using a TOYO robot.
10.Labeling position, height and angle can be adjusted with a hand wheel.
11.Automatic machine shutdown when there is no label stock (optional).
