In 1970 the company was purchased by Bernard Katz who remains the current owner and President. The aquistion of the Ames Engineering Corp. has provided for further expansion to the 35,000 square foot headquarters at the Ames plant in Wilmington, DE. Through continuous growth, we have now aquired a second building located at 1330 E 12th street Wilmington, DE 19802 which is easily accessible to I-495 as well as the Philadelphia Airport.
