1993 Merged with Toyama Boseki Co., Ltd and changed the company name to FABRICA TOYAMA Corporation.

2009 Joined the SHIBUYA group as a subsidiary of SHIBUYA CORPORATION
Developed bag making type triangle tea bag filling and packaging machine (200 bag/min.).
Developed bag making type drip coffee bag filling and outer packaging machine (200 bags/min.).

2011 Terminated the textile business in order to focus operation and capital on the industrial machinery business and set up the Main Office at Mamedahon-machi, Kanazawa City and the Headquarters at Nojiri, Nanto City.

2016 Moved its headquarters and factory from Nanto City Toyama Pref. to Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Pref.

2017 Company name changed to SHIBUYA PACKAGING SYSTEM CORPORATION
