Corrugated Container Corp. launches new brand to emphasize POP

 

Point-of-purchase display and packaging container offerings expanded with new division.

Corrugated Container Corporation (CCC) has long been recognized in the brown-box manufacturing industry. Now, they are launching a new brand that focuses beyond brown-box to all their capabilities with an emphasis on point-of-purchase (POP) displays and packaging containers.

While they've had the capability to structurally and graphically design POP and packaging, CCC has not previously emphasized these capabilities, particularly in their own marketing efforts.

"We have some terrific customers who've been working with us for their brown-box needs, who need to find out about all the point of purchase and packaging we've been creating. Working with us on all aspects of their displays and packaging can help reduce costs, streamline production, and save time logistically. It was time to ensure all our marketing materials were supporting all we do," says David Higginbotham, President and son of CCC's founder.

Working with Karen Chase of 224 Design (www.224design.com), the old CCC image was completely overhauled. "They had a collection of high-quality, colorful and intelligent displays, and they really take the time to find creative ways to solve even brown-box dilemmas for their clients. The new brand positions them in a more creative and fitting place within their industry," says Chase.

Starting March 1st, sales reps for CCC will be provided with newly designed marketing materials. In addition, they have a new, extensive website at www.cccbox.com that features a portfolio, timeline, samples and descriptions of their products, and information on their custom POP and display services. Interested prospects can fill out an online form to request a quote. In addition, with the aid of SiteVision, Inc. (www.sitevision.com), an internet application development and hosting firm, they've created a web-enabled library system that provides CCC representatives across multiple states remote access to new concepts and past projects to share with current and potential clients.

The CCC logo, a registered trademark, will remain the same. A new tagline, "where creativity unfolds," references the fact that CCC is not just a manufacturer, but is a true graphics and structural design resource.
