ANZAC Biscuits for ANZAC Day Centenary (Student Project)

Designer: Marchelle Matthew
Project Type: Student Project
School: University of South Australia
Location: Adelaide, Australia

The premium ANZAC biscuit package mimics the poppy, symbolic of war and most commonly associated symbol of ANZAC Day. It is a metallic printed pack which features a gloss varnish over the petals and an embossed black centre, giving the poppy more depth.

The package is reusable, providing the consumer with the option to reclose the pack and use for decorative purposed. The sides of the package feature a concertina-type fold that voids the need for glue points and makes the product more easily accessible.
