Rieke Dispensing is launching two new Mini Airless dispensers as it expands its airless pack range

The new variants have been developed to meet market requirements for convenient size luxury packaging in handy, non-leak travel formats.  Two sizes, 15ml and 30ml, are available each delivering a 0.3ml dose.

The dispensers incorporate a specially-developed new pump system while Rieke’s ‘Clear Path Technology’ ensures that the spring mechanism does not come into contact with the product formula, providing protection for sensitive products.

A new static airtight valve prevents any intake of air during the operation of the pump and is leak resistant when the pump is not in use.

The Mini Airless packs feature Rieke’s pioneering HVDS (high viscosity dispensing system) giving them the ability to handle products with a high viscosity, which have traditionally been difficult to dispense effectively.

The piston system fits inside the diameter of the container to ensure no product clings to the side during dispensing.  Once the container is empty, the piston interlocks with the base of the pump to make sure all product has been dispensed.

A wide range of decoration options are available to personalise the dispensers and create brand identity and on-shelf impact.

As the new variants are manufactured in the UK, Rieke are able to offer a fast-response service to meet the changing demands of the competitive cosmetic and personal care markets.
