Doosan Corp, a unit of South Korea's Doosan Group, has announced it has agreed to sell its packaging unit, Doosan Techpack, to a local private equity fund MBK Partners for US$287 million.
 
 Doosan Techpack makes a range of packaging products that includes PET beverage bottles.
 
 The figure includes US$143 million in debts, according to the company.
