We are interested in buying semi-automatic, low output (200 to 500 1L containers/hour) diary (milk and yogurt) fillers for TETRAREX, TETRAPAK or PUREPAK with plastic cap with flange.Please send us your offer if you are interested in manufacturing equipment for us. We would need 30 to 40 machines in 2 to 3 years period.
We need low output, semi-automatic and low cost because we need to offer it at a low price to small diaries.
Please note that the opening of the hole for the cap is 3cm in diameter and the cap fo it is 3,5cm.

The filling is done by
1. sealing the bottom of the container
2. filling the fluid through the unsealed top of the container
3. sealing the plastic hole and cap on the unsealed top of the container
4. sealing the top of the container

As i noted in the inquiry, the machine should be semiautomatic or in that price range. And
not faster than 500 1Liter or 0.5L packs per hour.
