Digital textile printing is a zero-pollution new textile printing technology. It produces rich colors with amazing speed. The first step in digital textile printing is to use computer to customize images so as to meet the requirement of inkjet printing or textile printing technology, and then save the customized images in the compter and prepare fabrics for printing. The second step is to print the computer images on the fabrics to produce sample finishes and to make some adjustment of the colors to satisfy the requirements of the client. The last step is to produce the required quantity of the product according to the demand of the client.

After the sample has been confirmed by the client, there are two ways to place orders. For those large orders which have simple patterns and colors, and are needed urgently, traditional textile printing is the priority option. For those relatively small orders with complicated designs surpassing the capacity of the traditional printing method, digital textile printing is a good choice for those clients who can afford the price.
