SINCE 1998 APPECASTRO PACKAGING MACHINES HAVE BEEN WELL-KNOWN TO CUSTOMERSAppec Group, a. s. produces and sells packaging and dosing machines for foodstuffs, chemical, pharmaceutical as well as other industries. Complementary to Appec products, appliances of other reputable manufacturers are marketed. WE ARE PRODUCERS OF VERTICAL PACKAGING MACHINES Performance, quality, reliability, user-friendly control and adroit service support are imperatives in the design of our packaging machines. In 2008 we incorporated the production of packaging machines from the principal program of the renowned company Sellier & Bellot stroje s. r. o. This brought us experiences of a 60-year tradition. Appec Group became the leading manufacturer in Europe of dosing and packaging lines for loose products to ready made bags of 0.5 l up to large volume bags of 25 kg. Vertical packaging machines, diversified in size and capacity, constitute our main production program. We provide uncomplicated universal and affordable packaging lines, as well as powerful packaging machinery for continuous operation and machines for packaging batches up to 70 liters. WE ARE THE ONLY MANUFACTURER OF MULTIHEAD WEIGHERS Also we produce a large variety of dosers and fillers to cover all requirements of the food and non-food packaging industries. In addition to volumetric fillers, streamline linear checkweighers and piece loaders, we are the only manufacturer in the Czech Republic to produce the multihead weighers. WE PROVIDE SECONDARY PACKAGING AND CARTONING MACHINES Complementary to the systems for primary packaging is our portfolio of secondary packaging (group packaging) units for assorting goods to be collated, with film wrapping units. Appec Group, a. s. also offers automated lines for case and carton packing, ie. cartoning machines and palletizing lines. We distribute the technologies of leading international manufacturers. With us, customers can find cartoning machines to run in stepper mode or continuous mode as well as complex solutions for the packaging of a wide spectrum of goods. A wide range of semiautomatic systems and high-performance fully automated lines is available. We can offer palletizing lines for any common goods and packages, featuring standard to highest performance. A choice of conventional system or robotic system is available for our customers. Starting from transport and handling, through dosing, primary and secondary packaging, up to delivery, we strive to bring our customers high value while achieving maximum processing efficiency at minimal cost. |
