Optima Group Consumer is to introduce itself as a machine partner for packaging innovation in the food, cosmetic and chemical industries at FachPack 2010 Trade Fair in Nuremberg.

Amongst the products that Optima will disclose Optima CLF1 stands out. This machine starts at 50 closures per minute and delivers better protection of sensitive ingredients which are added to the drink only once the packaging is open. Optima’s CFL1 top version provides a maximum capacity of filling, filling and keeping in check up to 1000 functional closures per minute. Another innovative solution Optima is going to unveil at the fair is CombiStick, an original teabag, liquid flavour dosing for single serve coffee packs or the soft container SoftCan.

The second main device that Optima will be showcasing at FachPack is an appliance designed for application in the cosmetics and chemical sector named Moduline. One of Moduline’s main features is its capacity to be customised in accordance with requirements. Moduline, provided with suitable components, is able to manage dosing of liquids, viscous or powdery products and it is easily upgradeable with units for container destacking, handling and assembly functions and optical sensors.
