Foshan City Gao-Ming Guan Yu Machinery Factory is a high-technology enterprise comprehensively sourced by Taiwanese investment. Our operations cover scientific, industrial and trade activities, with a special emphasis on R&D in nanometer materials production technology, the manufacture of related equipment and systems, and the production of nanometer materials. Our materials research technicians and engineers have years of extensive experience and we use our own developed known-how and technology to produce nano materials using mechanical methods. We produce metals, non-metals, plant fibers, Chinese medicines, biological products and other materials in one single operation to yield sub-micron and nano- sized materials.
The technology involves the production of metal and non-metal materials in sizes ranging from one to 100 µm.For processing plant fibers, biological materials and Chinese medicines into powders, the range is 100 - 500 µm. For Chinese medicines this is a step into a new age in nano technology, and we offer solid guarantees in the equipment and technology that are involved.
Guan Yu structure is based on our people. We have developed and instituted innovative and modern corporate management procedures, and we constantly seek to further develop our relationships with clients both in Taiwan and overseas in order to speed up our efforts in R&D of nano materials production.
SOPE OF PRODUCTION
Guan Yu holds the intellectual property rights to the 'extra-fine mill' for nanometer grade powders. We have successfully developed plants with an annual processing capacity of 500 tons of rice-grain sized powders on behalf of clients. Our current line-up of products includes nano Chinese medicines, cosmetics, biological products, health care products, functional foods and other nano materials (both metal and non-metal).
OUR TECHNOLOGY
GuanYu uses internationally leading-edge mill manufacturing technology to carry out nano materials production and materials processing. Nanometer materials processing technology is widely hailed in both local and overseas scientific and technical circles, and production of nanometer powder materials is a key step in developing nanometer technology.
