CPT Series low level palletizer

The CPT Series is a low level product infeed, high flexible and reliable palletizer solution for the final processing of fully sealed carton boxes at the end of line.This machine is carefully designed to handle different carton stacking configurations with user-friendly human machine interface. Reinforced bi-column design makes the machine the ideal solution to process heavy loads with high degree of stability even in the fast production mode. Adjustable product stacking height and configuration arrangement allow the machine to process your products in the best possible way.

Integrated with robust and reliable pallets convection system allows CPT Series low level palletizer to accommodate both wooden and plastic pallets without any extra modifications. PLC controlled system allows the CPT Series low level palletizer to be integrated easily either downstream or upstream in your packaging line.An average production capacity of 35 cases per minute makes the machine the ideal solution for small to medium production requirements.

Method of operation:

Packed carton boxes enter the machine via roller conveyors and rearranged automatically into pre-programmed configurations. Once the required configuration of carton boxes are formed, they will be pushed laterally in to the stacking zone for layer stacking. The entire layer of carton boxes will be lifted firmly via lifting module and placed layer by layer onto the pallet underneath. This process is repeated several times until sufficient carton layers are achieved. Fully stacked pallet is conveyed automatically via multiple chains and discharged to the final product while an empty pallet is loaded into the staking zone for the next production cycle.
