BLC Series crate washer is a modular and flexible solution for  your demands of cleaning returnable plastic crates in hygienic and energy efficient manner.

Plastic crates are sprayed by temperature controlled cleaning mediums in high pressure to remove any contaminations from the surface. Integrated with human machine interface for fast troubleshooting and ease of maintanence. Multi-staged cleaning stations ensured all plastic crates are cleaned to production standard.

Method of operation:

Crates enter the machine via roller chain conveyor amd rinsing sprayed by temperature controlled mediums such as hot water and caustic soda.
Cleaned containers are dryed via air type drying machine and discharged from the machine via roller chain conveyor. Integrated with shell tube heat exhanger for effective and efficient thermal energy transfer.
