Key notes on installation and operation 1. Mechanical length (L) is a standard length in inventory, which is only for reference. Customization can be done to extend or reduce the length according to the actual need. 2. The selection of the best location of the emulsifying blades will affect the optimized performance directly and the intake clearance for the liquid should be reserved. Please contact our sales staff for details. 3. Please provide the reference condition for selecting emulsifying machines: containers, product characteristics, operating condition, viscosity, processing time, objectives etc. 4. If the emulsifying fluid is strong acid, alkali or dangerous liquid of high volatility, please make sure to inform our sales person in charge of the case to prepare acid/alkali resistant and anti-explosion treatment. 5. The shaft applies self-lubricant bearing. It is strictly prohibited to initiate the equipment when the liquid level is lower than the shaft to avoid damage of the bearing. 6. The clearance between emulsifying blades and tank is extremely small. It is strictly prohibited to throw in metal and solid objects that can damage the equipment. 7. When the emulsifying machine operates, a powerful sucking vortex will be generated. It will be very dangerous and please do not put your hands into the tank. 8. When the emulsifying machine operates with accessory wiring, please follow the direction of the arrow on the label attached to the unit for operation.
