I. SPECIAL FEATURES:

  1. The machine is an automatical "heat pressure" shaping machine. The so-called "heat presure"shaping is to lead plastic film to process of shaping by means of "heat" and "pressure".
  2. The plastic film which is heated and softened will touch model by vacuum suction and shape then.
  3. The main cyclic flow in shaping is heating, shaping, cooling, stripping and charging.

II. USES:

  1. Suitable to all products which can be made of plastic film and in heat shaping.
  2. Examples of finished products:plastic ceiling, wainscot, plastic-steel door plate, suicase, brief artsworks, gifts, advertising board, fruit try, foodcontainer, packing box of hardware tool and the transparent shell used for vacuum shell package,etc.
  3. Classifications of film:PVC. PS, ABS and PSP.
