The automatic sealer is a machine used to seal American-type boxes or satchel-type boxes. The top flaps are glued with the hot-melt system. The machine can be provided with a hot-melt system or with a sealing device with PVC adhesive tape. The framework is made of painted steel and is provided with adjustable height feet. The following items are also included: spray glue gun unit, final pressing unit with pressure rollers, pneumatic system for closing flaps and adjustable device for longer flaps. The entire mechanical system can be adjusted with position indicators for box sizes and is controlled by a programmable PLC with a touchscreen interface. SIGILLBOX is protected by Plexiglass doors, which can be inspected, and is provided with limit switches complying to EC standards.
