Sapli’s guidance systems for product cover a wide range of possibilities. Throughout the years we’ve been designing new sorting systems. As well as bulk device with vibrating systems, mechanical inertia sorters, gravity sorting systems, equipments with artificial vision to orientate, robotic systems orientation, conveyor belts distributing the product for proper orientation, pick & place robots, pattern forming that can be configured according to requirements. A sorting system will allow you to raise the rate of production without adding staff. We propose oriented systems that solve problems in their lines or to add value or functionality. Compact Design - Sapli sorting products are self-contained, freestanding unit. It is ergonomically designed with low profile design. Operators have easy access for changeovers. Gentle Container Handling - The orienter provides smooth continuous motion and advanced custom design. Low Maintenance Requirements - With optional infeed separation and continuous motion transfer belts, Sapli systems are designed for minimal maintenance, no change parts and maximum container range. A changeover can be completed in less than 5 minutes by an operator. Easy Installation - Easily installed. The simple (hand crank or electric) height adjustment allows it to be raised when not in use and lowered for the next changeover.
