The RPLE 30 series consists of a semi-automatic and fully-automatic filling machine that enables weight-based filling. These machines are used for filling products which can be pumped.
 

RPLE 30 works as follows:
The product is connected to the pump using a tube. The packaging is manually placed on the weighing platform and the desired product is then dispensed at the preconfigured weight.

RPLE 30 auto works as follows:

The packaging is placed on the transport conveyor. At the packer head, the packaging is separated. Subsequently the packaging is lifted of the transport conveyor and filled up to the preconfigured weight. Next, the pump stops and the valve shuts. Upon process completion, the empty packaging is placed on the transport conveyor and the cycle starts again.
