Our packaging machine electropneumatic fills, shape and closes bags with three weldings. This machine works with any type of heat-sealable plastic film, such as polypropylene, cellophane, coupled simple, coupled complex with aluminum, polythene and paper.
The 'control unit of the machine is a microprocessor with an internal memory that controls the cycles of the machine. The machine structure is made of iron with baked-on epoxy and all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel AISI 304. With the machine comes the forming tube for the formation of the envelope for a measure of the film. The temperature control of the sealing bars is via temperature controllers to control also the minimal variations. The cutting blade is controlled by a pneumatically operated independently, allowing a cut of the bag safe and perfect.
The film sliding takes place via belts, self while the belts themselves are actuated by means of geared motor electronically adjustable speed. The conduct of the film, on the back of the machine, takes place with a geared motor with electronically variable speed. The length of the bag and the end of the film is signaled by the sensors. The sealing bars are pneumatic and move on linear ball bearings. The machine is ready for connections with automatic dosing systems and dosing screw. Control panels and pneumatic assemblies are easily accessible.
