This Gantry Type Automatic Circular Bundling Equipment is designed for Circular strapping of any coils, whether they are pickled coil, galvanized coil, cold rolled coil, hot rolled coil, or slitted coils…etc.

The coil core axis is vertical to the strapping loop arch of the automatic strapping machine, and the machine feeds the steel strapping around the coil which is inside the strapping track, and then straps it tight with a pressure up to 20000N pressed by the strapping head on the strapping joint.

The automatic circular banding machine can be equipped with any types of strapping head for rolling mill depending on the customer’s preference, working conditions and factory facilities in the packing area.  The strapping heads available are Friction Welding Joint Type、Notched Closure Sealless Joint Type、Flanged Notched Closure Sealless Joint Type、Seal Joint Type、Argon Arc Welding /TIG Welding Joint Type、PET Joint Type.
